Document Management
ViewPoint, Hambleton's document management system, is designed to assist clients in the organisation of correspondence, contractual documentation and the like, permitting prompt search, retrieval and arrangement of data.
ViewPoint provides a platform for the collation and dissemination of project information, the exchange of related comment and the tracking of requested actions.
ViewPoint is suited to document storage and analysis on live projects, and the collation and analysis of information for the purposes of development and/or defence of claims and for dispute resolution proceedings generally. While developed with primary regard to Hambleton's core business areas of commercial management and dispute resolution, the structure and flexibility of ViewPoint make it suitable for application in any business sector.

Risk Management
ViewPoint incorporates a Risk Management Package (RMP) comprising a detailed risk register and colour-coded risk rating matrix.
The RMP is available as a stand-alone application or in conjunction with the ViewPoint document management system.
