Ben has more than 30 years of construction industry experience, working in quantity surveying, commercial management, risk management and dispute resolution, working closely with major contractors, developers, operators, sub-contractors and various client companies on a wide range of project types.
He has extensive experience in the development, defence and settlement of major construction claims, and has acted as Expert Witness in a number of arbitration and adjudication proceedings.

John Foster

John has more than 50 years of experience in construction and commercial management, much of this in senior appointments with prominent international contractors, and he has a proven track record of solving major construction problems and disputes on a wide range of project types.
He has extensive experience in the development, defence and settlement of major construction claims, and has prepared and delivered expert evidence in litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution proceedings in a number of jurisdictions.
